Foreign Trade Zone

Our entire facility has just been added to the General Purpose Foreign
Trade Zone # 234. We are 60 acres of the 300 acre zone. We are
located convienently off I-20 and 259. We have direct routes to Houston
to the south and Oklahoma to the north, and Dallas to the west and
Shreveport to the east.
In a FTZ, merchandise is considered to be in international commerce where a business can:
- Store, distribute or exhibit
- Inspect and repackage
- Assemble, manufacture and process merchandise
Imports may be admitted and held in a FTZ without formal entry and
without customs duties. Entry and duties are due only when those
imports enter into the U.S. Customs Territory. |
