Sam Dunn Enterprises, Inc. is a privately held and operated total logistics Service Company.  Sam Dunn Sr. founded the corporation in 1996 primarily to provide distribution services for Coors Brewing Company.  Since the corporation’s inception, Sam Dunn Enterprises, Inc. has expanded its customer base to include such commodities as plastics, lumber, powdered milk, automotive and steel to name a few. 

 The facility is located between Dallas, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana in Longview, Texas conveniently located off I-20.  It is a dry, food grade, warehousing operation consisting of approximately 800,000 sq. ft with 45 rail spots inside the warehouse, 30 dock doors and a spur line running adjacent to the building capable of holding an additional 34 railcars.    The rail operation provides for weatherproof transloading of railcars as well as transloading from railcars to flat bed trucks. The Union Pacific services our rail operation.

 Our entire facility is in an active Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).  This should benefit anyone who imports or exports merchandise to or from the USA.  There are many advantages of using a FTZ warehouse.  One advantage could be the lowering or eliminating of certain taxes and tariffs.
